Easygoing Monday, with morning temperatures in the 60s. Daytime highs are slightly above average, in the low to mid-80s. Thankfully, dew points are still manageable, but moisture will march back into Southeast Texas later this week.

This week’s Pattern:
Humidity is slowly returning, and soon, shower and thunderstorm chances will return also. By midweek or perhaps as early as Tuesday, isolated to scattered showers and weak thunderstorms are possible. Wednesday seems to be trending as the most likely consensus during the week, and Halloween Saturday appears to be the busiest chance next weekend. Some of this will be fueled by the Pacific tropical moisture streaming into Texas, mainly from Vance, off the western coast of Mexico.

Early Sunday, November 1st, we turn our clocks back one hour. 2 am becomes 1 pm and we seemingly get an extra hour of sleep. Below is how this affects sunrise and sunset.

The gorgeous weather continues through early next week, with slight rain chances returning Wednesday. Rain on Halloween “may” impact your plans. It is still too early to be specific on timing, so don’t make any changes to your plans just yet.
